Course Conditions & Greens Recovery Plan ⛳️
We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we work through some challenges with our greens. As many of you have noticed, the recent turf stress has impacted playability on both of our courses, and we want to assure you that we’re actively addressing it and fully committed to making it right. We have a long-term plan in motion to restore and improve the course - starting with new greens on the Lake Course later this summer.
As a thank you for your patience, we’re offering a $5 discount on all rounds until further notice. In addition, each player will receive a voucher for $10 off greens fees when the greens come in, valid first two weeks after opening.
We've already started attacking the problems head-on and have a plan to start designing new greens on the Lake Course very soon. Here’s a look at our outline for the next few months:
• Spraying fungicide every 3 weeks to control the Pythium disease and preserve healthy areas on the Lake while treating problem spots on the Par 3
• Verticutting next week to remove dead grass and improve turf health
• Topdressing, rolling, and watering every 3 days
• Sod replacement for the Lake Course begins August 15 for all damaged greens
• Greens mower height has been adjusted slightly to promote recovery, which means the greens will be running slower
• New cut lines for the future greens will be painted this week in preparation for morning mowings
We know this isn’t ideal, but rest assured we’re committed to restoring the greens to the standard you expect and deserve. In the meantime, we will keep them rolled and playable. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we bring new life to the course!
