Whether you're looking for a golf outing, a mini golf contest, Go Kart races, or a mix of everything - we'd love to make it happen. We offer flexible options for groups of all sizes, and our team will work with you to build the right experience.

Group Activities

Event Space

Need a private space to celebrate? Windy Hill has two private event spaces - one indoor room for smaller groups as well as an outdoor tent for larger parties or corporate outings.


Private Event Room

  • Accommodates 20–25 people
  • Setup with tables and chairs included
  • Full cleanup after your event
  • Available on weekdays and weekends


You're welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up — just confirm with staff at time of booking. Additional setup time beyond 30 minutes is subject to an extra room rental charge. Plates and silverware are not included unless food is purchased through Windy Hill. All décor is the responsibility of guests. We do have table linens available for an additional fee.


Outdoor Event Tent

  • Need more room? Our 2,400 sq ft outdoor event tent is perfect for larger parties, corporate outings, and big celebrations. Contact us for availability and pricing.


Food Options

Fuel the fun with food from our Duffer's Sunset Bar & Grill! We offer food add-ons for events, including pizza, hot dogs, and more. Alcohol is available separately. You're welcome to bring your own cake and desserts. Outside food beyond that is subject to a per-guest outside food fee, as we offer a full menu on-site. Events larger than 40 people will be subject to a standard flat rate fee. Food orders must be placed at least 14 days before your event to ensure availability.
