Events & Parties
Windy Hill Golf Course & Sports Complex is a great place for birthday parties, corporate events, team building days or any group event you can imagine!
There is a group minimum of 6 participants in order to secure group pricing.
Whether you’re wanting a golf outing, a mini-golf contest, Go-Kart races or whatever else you can dream up, we’d be happy to make it a reality!
Group Activity Pricing
2 Activities: $16 per person
3 Activities: $18 per person
Unlimited Fun for Everyone: $25 per person, per hour
Choose from:
- Unlimited Mini-Golf
- Go-Kart Ride
- 3 Batting Tokens
- Limit of 1 Go-Kart Ride per person regardless of party package
Additional Go-Kart rides can be added for $7 (Adult) or $6 (Youth). These rides will NOT be priority, meaning you’ll need to wait in line with the general public.

Deposit required at time of booking: $25 for groups of 6-15, $100 for groups 16 and larger
Go Kart Track Rental
If Go Karts are scheduled to be open, the fee to rent them out is $250 per hour (limit 2 hours). If Go Karts aren’t scheduled to be open, the fee to rent them out is $400 per hour. Both fees include all rides regardless of party size. Availability does vary based on date and weather. Go Kart Rental over holiday weekends is subject to pricing increase, please contact us directly for quote.
Event Space
Looking for a spot to celebrate, gather, or throw an unforgettable party? Windy Hill has two private event spaces ready for your next get together!
Your rental includes:
- A private room for 1 hour
- Accommodates 20-25 people
- Setup with tables and chairs
- Full cleanup after your event
Rentals do NOT include tablecloths or plates and silverware unless food is purchased through Windy Hill. All decor is the responsibility of the guests. You're welcome to come 30 minutes early to set up for your party! Please confirm this with Windy Hill staff at time of booking. If you'd like more than 30 minutes, you will be charged an extra hour of room rental.
Party Room Rates:
- Weekdays: $35/hour
- Weekends: $50/hour

Upgrade to our outdoor event tent for just $250/hour — perfect for larger parties or corporate outings
FOOd options
- Food Option 1: Pizza: Cheese ($16) or Pepperoni ($17), made in our Duffer’s Sunset Bar & Grill
- Feeds between 8-12 people
- Food Option 2: Hot dog + Chips ($5 per person)
Alcohol sold separately
Food orders must be placed at least 10 days before your party to insure availability for all items.
There is an additional fee of $5 per person if you choose to bring your own food, as we offer a great menu in our Duffer’s Sunset Bar & Grill. You’re more than welcome to bring your own cake and desserts!
